WTF is atreipkite? Teh googles doesn't recognize it as an English word, but from other websites, it looks Lithuanian.

There has to be a few thousand of these idiotic spammers doing this, you'd think a few of them would hire an English speaking guy to at least make somewhat intelligible sentences...

The link will either provide you with scareware or ransomware and thus they're hoping it'll provide them with a direct link you your wallet or credit card.
Is English my first language? Why no, but what makes you ask?
I would be VERY wary of letting anyone who can't write an intelligible near my computer. And why should I believe they are better at writing software?
