Camping is an activity I associate with young parents, and while I was once one of those, I don't recall Spam being a part of that experience. I think my age was probably still in single digits when I last partook of the Spam.
Nowadays, if I want that much fat and sodium, I'll eat..... never mind. I never want that much fat and sodium.
Spam fried or with eggs. It was a simple one pan meal we made in 6/7/8th grade on Boy Scout weekend camp outs. It fills you up. Plus these boys were knuckleheads and had no culinary skills.
