What if I want windows and doors installed in my canoe?

I've never seen two canoes work in tandem before. Synchronized canoeing?

As an aside, I just paid 7400 for six windows.

Yeah, the synchronized canoeing was actually pretty interesting.

I put a window in my own house last summer. I did not read this thread first :) Pella with a bunch of upgrade boxes checked, ordered via Lowes before I discovered that a local construction company also sells Pella. Window was 60x60 and cost me almost exactly $1000 with tax because that's a pretty big window. I did the install myself so I can't comment on installation cost. I can tell you that a year ago they were having a hell of a time with supply, it took about 6 months to get it.

People should look at the PSF ratings of the windows. Requirements vary by location and elevation. Window manufacturers hate to be asked about this. But it is an important code requirement that many window sellers/installers seem to "forget" about.

Can I get a screen door for my canoe?

In reply to OHSCrifle :

Make sure you get some Flex Seal for it, then you can have a window in your canoe!
