What does this mean?

I saw this sign at work today and just had to share it.

I think it means that your boss is a Zombie... and possibly Korean.

It means he get's paid by the word.

'Quality is a mental execution of the mind' = quality work will earn you a bullet through the temple.

'Make sure the brain is ready for the approval' = he thnks 'approval' is another word for 'bullet'.

To me, that means it's time to 1) don a Kevlar helmet as you walk through the door each morning and 2) start checking Monster, Indeed, etc

oh yeah, our welders were hanging around in the bathroom reading the daily newspaper "taking their time".

It is obviously code, sending secrets to the Taliban. Take it down.

I really hope that it is a joke just to see if people read all the motivational crap they stick on the walls...but I doubt it.

I wish I could send the guy who wrote this back in time. Just think, this guy writing propaganda posters for 1930s Germany or Cold War era Soviet Union. A lot of unpleasantness could have been avoided.
That little piece of verse is a far cry from "Loose lips sink ships". Hell, it isn't even on the same level as "Wrap that rascal."

BTW. I don't think it is code for the Taliban. If the author is who I think it is, he is an ex Navy SEAL. Which makes PTSD a possibility though.
