Sorry for the image quality, I had to pull screencaps from my dashcam. I saw this on the road this morning, and don't believe I've ever seen it before. My first guess is it is something Chinese, but other than some cabs (and some crappy three wheelers), I didn't think any other Chinese-branded cars were street legal. Any ideas?
I think I saw a blue one of those in VA a couple weeks ago.
Let me see if I can figure it out.
also, can I edit out your whitespace?

I think it's a Mobility Ventures MV-1.
[edit] Damn, 2 minutes too late.

Interesting - so something originally designed as a cab, but then built as a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Not a bad idea.

Is it an MV-1?

EDIT: Too slow. I knew what it was but forgot the name so I spend a couple minutes looking for it.

This. It’s a specifically made wheelchair van unlike the converted caravans.

Columbus, OH runs a fleet of those around town. Or somebody up there does - that's where I first saw them a couple years back and still where I've seen the most of them. I always thought they looked sort of like a London cab that had gotten ahold of some anabolic steroids.

so, fyi... however you screen grabbed that put the image inside a stock size, and filled the rest with white. so, I downloaded it and cropped to the car image
I'd love to see someone autocross one of those.
My local Ford dealer has a few of these

These are curious vehicles. Though they seem popular and though they certainly fit a need the economics of actually producing them seems difficult. The ownership has changed a couple of times and the running gear has changed too. I do not think they are actually being produced currently.

In reply to pinchvalve :
840hp Supersharged V8 that gets 9mpg and does 0-60 in 3.1 seconds? Hell yea!
It's on the internet, it must be true!

0-60 in 3.1 seconds??!!!
Here is a good realistic review
https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/a15098391/2016-mobility-ventures-mv-1-first-drive-review/
might be interesting once they get on the used market ,
I wonder how much the wheelchair lift etc adds to the weight ?
So... uhm, why exactly does a mobility van need a 700 hp engine!?!
That must be a special (maybe security) version, the Wiki page shows it with a V6, which would likely make it VERY slow.

FYI, I edited your post to remove the telephone number link that (apparently) auto populated when you quoted to reply.
