Not an alero, but good guess. FWD, probably domestic, probably a sedan, looks very GM-esque. I've seen that lower molding, but can't place it.

That's my guess because that's the only car I ever see with those wheels. Who thought they looked good?
The tires are obviously Dunlops. When I had the blowout on the RX-7, it was as if the entire outer sidewall had vaporized.

Not a PT. It's a rear wheel, and you would be able to see the weird fender shape and tail light if it was.
