What kind of latch is this?

This is on a commercial food warmer. I know it's called an over-center latch, well I think I know that. Is it? If so, is there a more specific style? I'm searching and finding lots of different styles, but not that one.
Any ideas?

installed one of those a few days ago. Can't recall the manufacturer name, but I'm working tomorrow and can have a look.

I will admit I already sort of knew what it was and where too look since I was sure I'd seen it in either Hafele or Sugatsune's catalog before.
