Someone from South Carolina driving aggressively would be a welcome change I think... more like home. I spent 2 weeks there for work once. It took almost the whole two weeks to get anywhere. Damn locals were observing some sort of self imposed 14mph top speed.

Yes, there are lot's of rusty cars, but there are also lots of great rust free cars to be had too, plus what's the sacrifice of having to travel a bit to find a car when the upside is living in a such a great state
Already live in a great state.... one that has a state budget in the black, adding jobs and lower cost of living/taxes.
