I know this is kinda weird. I tried Treet Dura Sharp blades and didn't like them. I have 9 blades that I don't want to throw away. If any of you double edge guys want to try them out, IM me your address and I'll mail them to you.
FWIW, I've found that the modern multi blade razors, my favorite being the Schick triple blade, seem to work a lot better and last longer with the lighter lather from soap and brush than with creme or gel from a can. The corollary is true too, if I am going to use shave gel it's going to be with my double edged safety razor.
Actually, thinking about it, I can't remember the last time I used a canned product. Ever since bring on a submarine and not being able to use propellants I've had a chunk of lather soap in the bottom of a Tupperware container and a brush.
