The redness has cleared up pretty well and I am likely being discharged tomorrow. Unfortunately it's still pretty swollen and they saw the pain really won't go away until that subsides. I am likely going to miss another week of work.
Glad you're on the mend. It's great that all the years of built up sick time have real value.

I was hoping to burn it off in a more enjoyable manner but it's nice to have.
I got out last night. It looks and feels somewhat better. I'm still on oral meds and it still hurts a bit to walk on so I'm gonna be out of work the rest of the week at least.
