I think it isn't a bed in the traditional sense...it's more like the back of a hearse so you drive it to your own funeral.

I suspect that there is a boat trailer under there somewhere. It would lend the dual rear axle and the tapered front end. The back window is clearly that off a pickup truck cap. Likely a S-10 or Ranger.
