When the window opens or in the box below, click on the little camera thingie.
Right click on the picture you want to use.
You get a drop down, "Properties" is the last one.
Highlight the http//: ----- .jpg.
Right click -- Copy.
Put your cursor in the slot that opened up with the camera click.
Paste.
