Put turkey in the brine yesterday. Fried the turkey today. Best. Turkey. Ever. 

5:38 Some genius pulled the emergency cord in the bathroom here.  I’m fixing a couple plates for when help gets here. 

after working from 5:30 last night till 6am this morning, Thanksgiving dinner was pizza. Nobody felt much like doing anything as we couldn't go anywhere in such a small amount of time considering I have to back in at 10am tomorrow and probably won't get out till 2am. Nobody wanted to work, so all the full time guys are working doubles for thanksgiving weekend

8:15pm- I dumped meat juice all over the carpet.

The Bear who returned the interception for a touchdown gave the ball to Coach Ditka three rows in front of us.   

6:45 am- police activity at the hardware store. Whole plaza except for taco bell is closed. Thankfully I have the day off.
