I've survived the reductions so far. We lost one person on our team to an early retirement offer. My annual review is coming up soon. It'll be interesting to see how that goes. Promotions and pay increases have been frozen for a year, and it seems like that is continuing into this year.
I am not complaining- I'm still employed, and I'm old enough that finding something equal to what I do now would be a pain in the rear.
So these are the renderings of the new dealership being built for me to work at.
