Last night right before bed Lil Stampie felt nauseous. He had a low fever also. After I got him to bed I started feeling the same. Over night I got aches, runny nose, and a cough. Because of my exposure to the public I figure it's not only likely I would come down with this thing but if I'm sick at all I shouldn't be working with the public.
I called out for work. Found out that a coworker I was close to last week got tested for Covid-19 yesterday. We're now about 7 cars back in line for the testing. We got here at 7:30. They open at 9. I'll let you guys know how the process goes in case you need it in the future.
Everyone loves a picture so here's us in line.
Thanks for sharing the process with us. Keep us updated. We'll be crossing all the fingers for the both of you.
Prayers currently outgoing for all the Stampies.
Thanks for sharing, soldiers. Best of wishes.
Just to be clear I'm not worried about us. Neither of us have any underlaying conditions. My main thing is if I'm positive being able to let customers I've been around know.
Wow. Yes,, keep us informed of the process.
All the best to you and Lil.
Glad to hear you have a testing facility nearby. Fingers crossed for both of you!

Good luck, and thanks for sharing
Here's the tents where they are staging. I wanted to get a picture now because I'm not sure if they'll let me once we get up there.
So far we've learned that Lil Stampie is not good at blowing his nose. He thinks a wipe and then snorting the left over snot back in is ok. We'll be working on that.
I might have rubbed it in that if I'm sick I can't work but if he's sick he can still do school with remote learning.

If you want a run down and timeline on my presentation of symptoms to compare notes on. The big thing is that you're both getting tested, hopefully they start precautionary treatment at home under quarantine for you so that if you do pop as positive, that your case will have begun to stabilize by the time the results are back. I'm here if you need to vent, cry, complain, bitch or a distraction. Or if you have questions, I'm no expert, but first hand experience counts for something I guess.

We’re about to the first station. I’ll get with you later for sure.
Wishing the best for both of you.
We finally got to the first station.
And our temps aren't high enough. Guess we wait till we get worse.

Fingers crossed it was some bad sushi or something else you ate.

I think they are still having a pretty severe shortage of test kits. They are limiting the tests to the people that show the worst symptoms.
Just as a data point, did they say what the minimum temperature threshold for testing is?
I'm that guy that is convinced he has it.
My allergies bother me so I cough. I'm at work and ran around the warehouse and I am hot with the heavy shirt I wore today. I'm older so I have aches everywhere. My allergies cause my nose to run sometimes. My chest hurts but I just started doing push-ups and sit-ups this week.
I hope you feel better.
The threshold here is 99.6. We are self quarantined now. From talking to others we might show more temp over the next few days. I'll keep y'all updated.

And I know that you know, bit for the rest of class (and as a steadfast reminder) hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Also, thank you for being man enough to know when to tell certain powers that be to Berkeley off.
