Spam message about Ebola?

I was applauded by some of the fear tactics used to promote getting a flu shot this week feeding off of the completely unrelated Ebola fears, finishing with the statement "It's highly unlikely that you'll contract Ebola, but the likelihood of getting the flu and dying from it is quite high"

Really? It's much higher then contracting Ebola, but it's not quite high...

I wouldn't say it't quite high … but avg. for the last 10 yrs >30,000 have died each yr in the US … so while there are howsomeever million folk in this country .. you % of dying from flu is low … that's still a lot of folk dead that could well have lived if they'd gotten a flu shot
