I need several gallons, wondering if anyone knows a vendor that gives bulk discounts?

Check Amsoil, they even have it in 55 gal drums. The more you buy the cheaper it is per gallon.

Sam's Club might have it in larger quantities.

You could also buy a generic Dex3 drum and get enough LubeGard to convert it to ATF+4. BTW, I have had to do this when I worked at AAMCO, but I do not condone its use. I believe there are other additives in the dex3 that don't get converted or not present in the ATF+4, that are harmful, JMO.

Your local dealer can get a 55gal drum through their normal parts channel, but I would look to the bulk gas/oil distributor for a cheaper price. I know Glockner Oil out of OH is the Mopar bulk oil supplier to this area, east KY/WV/SW VA/SE OH.

The trans shop we deal with uses Mercon with the Lubegard stuff. We figure, if they are willing to warranty it (and they will, even if it's a little out, they're great guys) then it's got to be good enough.

Plus, it doesn't smell like shoe polish.
