The casino I work at is right on the water. There is a very nice walking path from there, around the other casino, and over to a third. I like to walk down the stones of the culvert down to the water's edge and just sit. Nobody can see me, and nobody bothers me. If I do not have time for that, when walking from one side of the building to the other, I will take the outside route.

I ride motorcycles. The slower bikes are best for decompressing.

I like a spirited drive - 10-15minutes out scooting brings me back to where I need to be. Or I hunt my holy grail car part list online.

Not much around where I work, it’s an industrial area.
I sometimes grab my lunch and park at the local train station. Nobody ever there, but an occasional rail fan taking pictures.
I find it relaxing, watching the trains go by. We’re on a major Cananda-US line, so you see some interesting things chug by.
I keep telling myself I'm going to bring an RC car to drive on the roof but I haven't done it yet.

I keep a folding lawn chair in my truck. I park in a shady spot way out in the lot. At lunch I go outside and sit in the shade to eat/smoke. If it's raining, I pop the liftgate and sit under that. Coworkers laugh, but they're just jealous.
Job I had three or four places back, one day me and two buddies agreed to bring supplies and grill in the parking lot. Little portable grill, burgers, no beer unfortunately.
Did it two or three more times before someone whined about it and we were shut down.
When I was at work every day, a good walk up and down the main "hallway", especially to get a coffee, really helped. Since I've been home, it's typically walking the dog around the block, watering some plants, or just finding some sun to sit/stand in for a few minutes.
I normally try to just do a straight 8 because on those days I'm driving deliveries and can just jam the radio between drop offs. If I'm stuck at the counter I'll take my lunch and either go hang out at my former employers and talk to my former boss about his nova project or go home and hang out with my wife. It's one of the few perks of working 3 miles from home!
I put my feet up, turn on a youtube video for background and do a few races on RR3 on my phone.
A nice, long, healthy dump in the bathroom, while still on the clock, seems to give me perspective.
