The company I work for builds driving simulators. We need a source of OE style steering wheels without airbags, but with a center cover so there so it doesn't look like an empty wheel. The typical aftermarket type wheels are not working for us. Any ideas where we could source something like that?

You used to be able to buy the Brazilian air bag covers for Ranger/Mustang wheels...
The only remotely good looking modern style wheel (IMHO) is Nardi's Gara.
There might be other ones that look good but I haven't seen them yet.
