Large buildings (50k+ sqft) are hard to come by around me. One option I am thinking of is setting up an inflatable building similar to some football team's practice fields. Like this:

Biggest question I have is can gas engines be run inside of them and how to properly ventilate one. I've found some that don't need to be pressurized inside, just the tubes of the building walls and roof themselves. I'll be contacting some building manufacturers next week, but being GRM and knowing everything about anything, I figured I'd ask you all as well.
Thanks!
if there is air going in, then logically there has to be air going out somewhere to maintain a certain pressure..
Yes, seems like the pressurized ones would be self-ventilating.
They used to have monster truck shows inside the Hubert Humphrey Metrodome all the time. I imagine they just turned up the ventilation.

I say put a small army of these guys inside.

Make it so they are drawing their air in from the outside.

I'd hate to be in there when you lose power...
That being said, the local DOT uses really big tensile / fabric buildings for large equipment hangars. Less structure cost than a traditional building, but also not as scary to be in during a blackout.
Corvette racing uses a big bounce-house.
I was gonna say - I saw several at Petit that looked like that Corvette one.

I drive by these folks every trip to/from my inlaws. Up to pretty freakin' huge fabric buildings:

In reply to Duke:
My guess would be the Corvette team is using their own generator to run the blower with a back-up on stand-by in case the first one fails.
Although on a much smaller scale, I see similar set-ups in professional mountain bike race pits/expos. For the teams that travel all over the world on a shoe-string budget they're great - they pack small and light compared to traditional metal-frame canopies. One team had a set-up with small rooms. It was pretty cool.
