The guys at my local NAPA have always been good.
If they aren't, I know the owner personally.

My local NAPA is head and shoulders above all the other stores. Advance Auto on the other hand can burn to the ground and I'd never notice.
The O'Reillys I used (that also served as the local Saturday night hangout) had a good crew of knowledgeable car people. Then they all moved on to better jobs and the new pervy manager hired a bunch of cute girls that knew more about curling irons than brake calipers. I moved to another part of town and the O'Reilly near my house isn't much better.
It's hard to explain to the old know it all guy at the counter that I'm 33 and have been working on cars for 20 years. So I might just know what I'm talking about.
I've started ordering online and picking up in store from advance for a lot of stuff. O'Reilly's website sucks.
