I have these decent basic seats from a turn-of-the-century-ish Saturn sedan. Was going to use them on a project, now I just want the space they're taking up back. I suspect that to the right person, they'd be worth something, but I can't ID them.
Label on the bottom shows a part number 21042979 and a color code (?) 17133 and a model #1611 and a color name "Med. Biscuit II" and with the whole internet at my fingertips, I can't match it to a car. Grrr!

I thought pretty much all saturns of that era were parts bucket cars for the most part. Should fit in any of them?
Anybody care to ballpark a value? Should I pitch them at the dump? No rips or tears, vinyl looks good. Cloth needs a good cleaning.

A quick eBay shows $200-450
So, $100?
Yea I'd say stick them on marketplace for $100 and see what happens
Don't take them to the dump. As a last resort, post them on CL or FB for free. I'm sure there is some kid out there that just bought their first car that would appreciate them.
I gave away a set of ragged old Ford Ranger seats that way. Guy was going to use them to make a home made arcade game. He was happy to have them and I was happy to get them out of the shed
Okay, got 'em on CL. I don't have a FB account. I still can hardly believe that with the part nos. 21042978 and 21042979, model nos. 1610 and 1611, and date codes 27127 and 17133 that there isn't a way to pin down the model and year these were installed in. Hell, I can punch in a GM part number for the Chevy II and get 16 hits.
If I was a cynic, I'd say the internet has been ruined by a bunch of big corporations that seek to control information on the internet and use if for their own monetary gain.
Nah, couldn't be.

There's more interest for a chevy II than there is for a saturn.

The big thing right now seems to be the kids taking seats out of cars for computer chairs. Not that I would expect anyone to want a Saturn seat for that, but who knows.
