Ok, I'll bite. The wife and I are looking for a larger place but buying is out of the picture until I get rid of two rental units and my credit returns to normal (I got hid hard on both my rentals and my credit got kamikaze'd because of it). Cap is about $1500/month and we'd love a garage so we can actually do our own maintenance again. I work in Boston and she works in Manchester so I'm thinking right along 93 with Salem as the epicenter but we have considered Manchester and out to Hampton, NH. Need at least 1200sf, hopefully bigger. We will have another addition to the family by year's end so space is a must.

Can't really offer any help, but last weekend I drove through Charleston for the 1st time on my trip from Jacksonville, Fl. to upstate Pa. The area is very beautiful and I was amazed to see so many joggers/walkers at lunchtime...of course, the nice weather is an incentive.

Traffic at noon on 17 was "hit or miss", some sections slow and jammed while others moved faster than I wanted to while "sightseeing". Traffic must be heavy nearly all sections of town?

Anyway, good luck.
