In reply to mtn: If you're staying the weekend, stay in Clearwater beach or St Pete beach. Should be a little cheaper this time of year, with plenty of places to indulge in uh redundancy!

Face paint. If Hawks fans have to take it off, so do all the Florida girls that shoot themselves in the face every morning with a cosmetic shotgun.

Hotel is not booked yet, so I'm not sure where we will be staying (it could be up to 40 minutes away) but we will be there from Friday night through Monday morning. Age ranges of 22 to 29, all male, all stupid. (I feel like that last part was redundant when you look at the first two parts)
Welcome to Tampa!
What do you like to do? Plenty of great beaches, parks, food and things to do.
Ybor is up and coming but I don't know that I would recommend staying there quite yet.
Go Bolts!
Additional note:
If you're here mostly to watch the game you probably want to be near downtown Tampa. I'm assuming most of the hotels are booked up in downtown so you might want to look in South Tampa or International Mall. South Tampa has the nightlife you're going to want for young guys...though it'll be a little warm out.
Oh nice!
Places to eat: Ulele - walkable but you will be on the outskirts of the ghetto, take the riverwalk to get there. Great FL food but a little pricey Anise, holy hog, taco bus, siam thai, spain are all other good restaurants( cheaper except Anise and Spain for dinner...lunch is cheap).
Hattricks is a great hockey bar but it's going to be rough finding a table for this series. Four green fields is my usual pre hockey hangout because it's a little farther out than Hattricks and I can get a table.
What do you want to do while in town? Unfortunately I'll be moving most of the weekend so I can't show you around. Let me know if you want to borrow any bikes or random things.
Go Bolts!
