Fairing on my R-90 broke at one  of the four fastener points.  I see no fiberglass, it's smooth inside and thin, so I assume plastic.

Any other suggestions?

You can patch ABS nicely by melting other ABS in acetone and using fibreglass mesh (aka "drywall patch tape")  as a structural agent. I use a rasp/file on a chunk of ABS pipe to get shavings and then mix in acetone until I have goo that's about the consistency I want.

3M 5200 if you're sure you can set it right, and are sure it will never need to be undone...

This is what I do.

I did just use jb weld on two tabs for a Vino side cover.

Haven't put it back on the scooter yet but it seems decently strong.

I used the stuff that takes four hours to set then 16 to cure ( app. )

Had to use painters tape to hold it in place initially. Maybe the quicker setting stuff wouldn't need that?

It was the twin plunger set up with the sealing cap.
