LOL

The author didn't seem to realize that the X with different things on each side is inspired by the British East India Company logo...which ironically enough is history's most evil megacorporation.

I have about asuch use for hipsters as I do emos.

However I am in an extremely rural area and the closest thing to a punk phase I had was tearing the knee out of my jeans climbing a barbed wire fence.

I think complaining about hipsters is officially more annoying than hipsters at this point.

The trouble is they've developed an airtight system for being smug, you can't beat them at their own game without becoming one of them. Kinda like how Toyota out GMed GM.

my dad died in 1984, when i was only 9 years old... i have kinda forgotten what he looked like over the years..

we had a family reunion on the 4th of July weekend, and they had a couple of pictures of him... he had the twirly mustache, and Buddy Holly glasses of what is now called a "hipster".. but he was kind of the opposite- a fork lift mechanic/maintenance worker at a grain elevator that listened to old school country music while driving around in his wood grain clad station weagon.. but he did drink PBR and Hamms..

dammit- my dad was a hipster...

In reply to novaderrik:

No, hipsters WISH they were anywhere near who your father was.

I've got this theory that they're just all so damn scared of the future, they long for a past they never saw.

People complaining on the internet have never made me a good cup of coffee and a tasty donut, but hipsters do this for me regularly. I'll take the hipsters.
