But it is that 2% that is so much fun

Plus there's the mandatory supply of Grey Poupon that you have to have on hand at all times.
Congratulations Dean!
I wasn't a fan of the S type when they were new but they are certainly starting to grow on me. Especially the rear. I'm not finding the front end as hateful as I use to.
Nick. I agree completely. Then I drove several and realized that it is the best of a Mercedes and a BMW mixed together. Kind of a softer M5 if you will. This car was never built for the track like the M5 so the engineers took some libertys to make things a bit softer.
No no no stop it dean. Keep it stock and enjoy it for what it is.
But but 400hp needs lsd
I can see this argument coming.
If I put LSD in it the the electronic nannys will let it really put the power down as it will not sense one wheel spinning.

A guy in a local British car club has a 80's era Corniche Drop Head Coupe like this one. For how I'd want to use a Rolls, that would be perfect.

Yeah... as I close in on my late 40's (47 this year), there is definitely a part of me that says I should splurge a bit more. There is also the part of me that stares at the piles of guitars and expensive bikes in my house, 5 cars (most needing work) scattered about my house, and thinks I've splurged enough for the moment and need to sort out what I have before I add anything else.
Putting an LSD in that car would not ruin what it is. It would allow it to be what it was meant to be from the beginning.
Congrats....fave color. Any 'tuners' near you for a 'flash'? new pulleys, ported blower snout, cams?.....
I'm curious as to the ride quality of these. We are planning to drive back to Ohio then to TN then back to TX later on this year. I'm already dreading making the drive in her Elantra. This seems like it would be an excellent cross continental highway cruiser. Although an XJR would likely be more appropriate.
