Back in the '80's there was this thing called a Sani Fem, basically a funnel shaped to allow a woman to pee standing up. Unless the user had perfect, er, 'installation aim' I don't see how it couldn't splash back on the pubes, making it IMHO less than sanitary, thus making a mockery of the name.
