Work days before vacation...

Have got to be the longest ever..

Friday morning I leave West Michigan for Virginia with my son on the motorcycle and it seems like my cubicle walls are closing in.

Leaving for Vegas Friday morning myself, but it's only Tuesday

First work day after a vacation are far worse.

Leaving work for the UP next Wednesday sometime between 11:30 and 2:00, depending on my meetings. It is killing me, and I still have over a week!

My girlfriend took Monday and Tuesday off, I only took our actual road trip dates starting Wednesday off... I feel dumb.

But I will be feeling better watching MotoGP at Laguna Seca on Sunday

I wish I got to take a vacation this year. I burned most of my time and money for the wife's surgery.

I just came back from vacation on Sunday, and I am leaving again on Friday for another one. I don't know why I even bothered to come in this week. Monday and today are, "I just got back from vacation and don't want to get back into work", and tomorrow and thursday are, "I'm going to be leaving in two days, better set my out-of-office replys. Why would I want to start anything new right now?"

As evidence I will submit to you that I currently have 4 topics from the GRM forum lined up across my browser, and 1 email.

Well, it's a 33 year man and his 8 year old son taking a 1500 mile motorcycle trip from W. Michigan to Roanoke, VA and back. He likes to talk ALOT and I have bluetooth in the helmets :(
