Does anyone have experience working for any of the Japanese car makers particularly the one that makes the answer? I need to make a decision on a job I am being offered but having read reviews on Glassdoor little bit nervous about it now particularly the work life balance which is great at my current company. Of course I wonder how much of that is former employees just complaining.

We have a Toyota plant locally and I know a bunch of people that work there. None of them have anything good to say about it, but the money is good. YMMV
