Brekenridge Co has one. It was fun, but not like on snow.
Park City, UT has one too, and it's a side-by-side, so you can race your friends. I think I've almost died on it at least a dozen times in my life...
Action Park in Northern NJ used to have something similar. You sat in a plastic car with the only control being a centre handle to brake.. and then you zipped down a concrete lined half tube to the bottom of the hill.
I remember getting a fair bit of air on some of the bumps
They got one at Bromley Mtn in Vermont

That fiberglass will take off several layers of skin off rather efficiently when you come out of a turn too hard.
