A grandmother led traffic police on a surreal 17-mile chase – at speeds of less than 10mph. Caroline Turner was finally stopped after more than an hour when patrol cars formed a rolling road block and an officer got out and ran alongside her, telling her to pull over.
I've got that beat.... I saw cops chasing guy on one of those little motorized 3 wheeled handicap scooter things in DC. Laughed my ass off.
Friend of mine pursued a vehicle at 25 mph. The subject wanted to tell his father that he would be going to jail for warrants. Unfortunately, he just went to jail for evading police.
