For $1000, it would be a fun project to mess with. Especially given the amount of fiberglass work you'll have to do on that. Also ditching that 350/automatic for an Audi 016/01E manual and BMW V12 (might as well go full tilt stupid if you're doing a Countach replica).
Unfortunately he probably has far more than that in it. You have to wonder if he bought them or made them, and what is the quality of the parts. Nascar wheels are simply too big and heavy though. They are cheap however.
"Eagle automatic"? Please tell me it's not a trans from an Eagle Premier. Thise were north/south engines and FWD....
If you ask me what that it, my answer would be, "the death of someone's dream."
By the general looks, this project got started years ago and then sat. I bet it is hard for him to come to the reality that this will not happen.
Of course, this may have not been the best laid plan.
