I saw the same license plate on a vw beatle being driven by two young hippy chicks here in San Diego going into Ocean Beach(hippy town). I of course misinterpreted the plate and told my friend to "FOLLOW THAT BEATLE!!!".

For a long time there was a photo on the intarwebs that showed a C4 vette with PA tags that read QWKPHKR. It spawned a whole cult following for a while. Now the photo is gone, but there are all kinds or race teams and screen names by that moniker.
