Grilled bacon. Just because
Hmmm.... grilling bacon on the TOP rack above the chicken might have resulted in self-basting bacon chicken goodness.
I'm going to have to try that tonight.
I haven't grilled bacon directly on the grill before, but it is great using a black iron skillet on the grill, nice and crispy. Damn, now I have a bacon craving, thanks.

What you're supposed to do is cut a jalapeno in half, fill with cheese, wrap it in bacon, and spear it with a toothpick so that it won't fall apart. Put it on a cooler part of the grill until the edges are almost burnt.

Put a chunk of goose or duck breast betwixt the cheese and the bacon. There will not be left overs.
