Yeah, in temps.like this, my truck starts easily. Of course, with no a/c, I'm not going to drive it anywhere...

Rather than a real temperature gauge, my Scion has a "cold" warning light that tells you when the coolant temp is below 120F. Mine doesn't come on these days.

Point the IR thermometer at the top of my dash, and it reads around 145F.

106 here in Columbia. I spent the day doing something I should have done a long time ago: adding an electric condenser fan to the Trooper. On these stinkin' hot days, the A/C wouldn't cool worth a rip at idle. Now it does.

I rode the XS to the parts place to grab a thermostat and gasket, oh hell NO it was NOT cool on that motorcycle. It was a lot like standing in front of an open oven door.

The stock digital oil temp display on my Corrados do not display a temperature until the sensor registers about 120F or so. Got into the black one to go to the store about 6p local time, and the display woke up before I got it out of the driveway.

Did 8 hours in the car today, but got a tour of the Lingenfelter collection out of it, so...worth it.

Tomorrow is X-Games Rally-x, 6 hours of the glen, cold beers, A/C, and sitting at the computer typing up words about cars. (Currently 9 articles on my agenda for tomorrow)

The sad thing is everywhere else in the SE and other places it's like an oven. Here? Couldn't break 100 if it tried. Pathetic. 99 all week? Sure. Rain? HA! 75deg and 90% humidity at night? Standard. Oy.
