Jack of all Trades I guess. Toolmaker, QC Inspector with a lot of NDT experience in a world of Engineers.
Failure analysis (CSI metallography), work with soldiers in the field to resolve issues, design gages and tooling to make life easier, about anything they ask for. Part of the problem du joir is the folks making projectiles and propellant don't talk to us, the gun makers. They come up with the latest greatest volotility, they don't know it exceeds the pressure vessel's limits. Fun ensues.....
My realm is everything from 60mm Mortars to the M-777 and experimental stuff.
