Richard Pryor Live In Concert
The Jerk still makes me laugh to the point of incontinence.
The Big Lebowski.
+1 for Happy Gilmore, Tommy Boy, et al.
If you haven't seen Dumb and Dumberer, you're missing out.

My wife was embarrassed cause I was laughing so hard I started to cry. The scene when Po is attempting to get over the wall and failing miserably. Makes me laugh just thinking about it.
Can't believe no one mentioned Caddyshack. When it comes to good old comedies, I think my trio is Animal House, Caddyshack, Slap Shot. I just love that type of humor.
My trio of newer would include Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Hangover, and Role Models.
I just want to tell you both good luck. We're all counting on you.
Also:
Spaceballs (I don't think I've seen a movie as many times as I have seen this one)
Hot Fuzz
Sean of the Dead
Holy Grail
"Well, that's just like, your, opinion man."
Once every 1-2 months, I pick up Creme and Kahlua (always have Vodka on hand) and drink White Russians and watch His Dudeness.
And basically everything else already mentioned.
Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
I had to leave the theater to catch my breath during that one.
Happy Gilmore was pretty good too.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
Gostbusters.
Just about anything with Eddie Murphy in it.

You're dating yourself
In reply to HiTempguy:
Yeah, I know. Still funny. I used to have it on VHS. There's another date for you.
Edit. For that fact, my son is older than you. Damn I feel old. I think I'll take my Geritol and go to bed.
no favorites, although am a fan of several mentioned previously. I will add Hopscotch with walter mathau(sp?), Real Genius, All of me (Steve Martin), the pope must die (sometimes marketed as "the pope must diet"), return of the killer tomatoes (which was ripped off by Mars Attacks)... will think of others
I think Mel Brooks goes downhill after Silent Movie and Young Frankenstein. After those two he dove off a cliff and never was funny again. I mean, I sat through Spaceballs dumbfounded that people were laughing at it.
I don't watch a lot of Comedic movies. To me, Blues Brothers is a great Blues Concert Movie with some dumb skits thrown in.
I like Kevin Smith movies, I just hate the fan boys that endlessly quote the monolouges from those movies.
Especialy the Star Wars ones.
While I used to enjoy it, I've outgrown parody comedy. Or maybe it was how whored out parody has been the last few years...
Rolling Kansas (I stumbled onto this movie because I'm a Rhino Bucket fan) Hooper, Cannonball Runs, Smokey+Bandits (I know, not high brow, but they looked like they were so much fun to make) Supertroopers, Beerfest (Broken Lizzard's only gems) Kevin Smith can do no wrong. Austin Powers trilogy Love Guru (bomb that I thought was better than Austin movies) Spinal Tap (some of my fellow musicians are offended by this movie) 1941 Caddyshack both Fletchs PCU Zombieland
