I didn't realize the lady was in Harrisburg as I thought the two of you did a date in Baltimore. I was confuzzled.
Buy something in town with enough space to expand a garage.
I think in your current income situation you'd be better off to save money and time on the commute.
EDIT: Is the issues that with all the different places that lived you've never had space for projects and so you want that now?
