I have 4 205/55R-16 General Altimax Arctic on tire rack wheels. I used them on my 2007 Civic Si which I no longer have. Great if you have summer tires or for rally cross. They have plenty of tread but may no longer provide maximum traction in the snow.

If someone wants wheels, but not tires, I'd potentially be interested in throwing a few bucks towards the tires. Was looking for a set of gently used all seasons for our beater Subaru since it's currently wearing 200tw, and while I don't need a true winter tire, I'll take one if it's cheap. I've got a tire machine so I can remove (and could install new rubber for you, if it helps).
But I'm in VA, so that makes this whole proposition feel like a stretch.
