About 125,000 miles on both and it good working condition. $400 for both, located near Grand Rapids, MI.
(there is no car for sale, only these parts)
I also have a 135,000 mile NB transmission for $350 if anybody wants that one.
Both are 5-speed manual transmissions.
is the NB trans 5 or 6 speed?

Hmm buy both, sell trans, keep LSD and possibly still be under $2K budget? Also "profit!".
Hmmm...either of those transmissions would bolt up to the BP in my Escort...just, if I turn it 90 degrees...
Then I would just need an axle to put the LSD in, and a welder to weld up engine mounts and axle mounts and all the other custom stuff.

Do you still need any front end bits for the escort? If so, let me know and we can chat off of here, there's been a bumper crop of tracers coming through local yards for some reason.
