I have a spare ar5 out of a 2wd 07 to 09 Colorado. I was told it was in good working condition, but I have never actually shifted the thing in a car. This with an adapter is about the cheapest manual setup you can get behind an LS.
$300
I also have a 2.2 Ecotec out of a 11 HHR. It had 170k and needed chains but still ran fine. Again I heard it run but never drove it.
$200
I'm moving in the next few months so look for more stuff!
Thanks!
Will those pieces bolt together?
In reply to wvumtnbkr :
With a Solstice bell housing, yes! I had planned on doing this in a Volvo but oil pan clearance was awful!
In reply to GIRTHQUAKE :
South Central Indiana. I could deliver between Indy and Louisville for beer money or beer!? :)
Would you ship the transmission for the cost plus some for the extra effort?
In reply to garaithon :
I'll take the transmission if you don't want to ship it
In reply to lownslow :
Yea I think it is to heavy and big to go ground. So definitely don't want to mess with shipping.
In reply to Indy - Guy :
Sounds like it's yours! I have an idea where this is going! :)

Didn't see this till now..... I'm interested if Indyguy didn't buy it
I'm also interested in a cheap AR5...
If the motor is still available and anybody wants to haul it to FL (long shot) I could use it for mocking something up...
In reply to ToManyProjects :
Yes motor is still available. I would like to have it gone by the end of the month, but I can take it with me if we get something in stone.
Indy is still getting the trans as of now just trying to meet up, but Gsettle is next inline!
