Ok, so got this engine from a friend only because I had a Honda. Had no plans, have no plans, have no need for it.
free to someone who will come pick it up.
I know nothing about it except it's a 4cyl Honda, comes with a bunch of parts as shown.
im keeping the Intake in case I can use the tubing here shortly.
located in Delaware Ohio.
there's electronic stuff in the plastic tub.
wouldn't hate a 12 of Miller high life lol.
Oh, and comes with the stand. Just roll it up onto a trailer or truck bed. But if you have a truck bed you'll need ramps as I have none
Where are you located? if sort of close to Chicago I'm your guy!
edit, doh, Delaware OH. Let me take a look see at the schedules.
You could roll it on in my garage when you come get the Volvo! You know I have room for it. Robbie could even come get the engine later if he wants it and I'll keep the stand.

Well that's my problem- no good way to move it and pick up the car!

pretty sure it's an F22 from a honda accord
Edit, now I think its the newer but similar f23
So I've realized that this would be a far off project for me. I'm still interested in the motor, but if someone else wants it or needs it please go ahead. I'm at least a year or two out from doing anything with it.
Should be 150 HP.
Robbie if you really want it I could provide storage for a while. Not a year or two but a few months. I'm reasonably local. I don't know how quickly rusty buckets wants it gone.
In reply to dculberson (Forum Supporter) :
I would like to move it rather quickly... going to need the space soon!
here's some engine markings. It's gotta leave soon so someone come get it!
Ok, turns out I got it right on the second try:
Here's where I'm sort of stuck right now. Every summer, our family takes a trip to see my in laws in Pittsburg in July. That would put me driving nearly right past you, and I would love to pick it up on the way home. However, because of COVID, we have no idea if that trip is actually happening this year like normal. So I'm hesitant to make a commitment.
It sounds like rusty and dculberson are getting together soon to make some other transaction? If that's true, maybe I can have dculberson pick it up (and keep the stand like he mentioned) and I could pick it up this summer. How much work is that for you guys? I really don't want to impose.
Also, I really thought we had someone on the board here who has an f23 chumpcar, I'd image they want this engine?
We do, but I would have to make a dedicated trip up to Delaware to get it. I don't mind doing it if I can come up with time to do it. (Two kids at home and a job and all!) First I have to spread the mulch that's currently in my trailer.
How many miles on this engine?
In reply to yupididit :
Lol I have no idea.
erryone: the extent of my knowledge on this engine is posted above.
In reply to dculberson (Forum Supporter) :
Totally get it, I'm in same boat. Hold off for now.
Rusty, I MAY be coming through sooner than I thought. Plans are developing this week. I will let you know. But first come first serve, so I won't feel bad if someone else gets there before me.
Can I get in line behind Robbie?
In reply to dculberson (Forum Supporter) :
Sent you an email.

Get in line in front of me. Seriously.
Yeah man, up for grabs. I have a car being shipped to me now, so I need the room ASAP.
My nephew decided on something different. So we are are out.
Does that have the ECU and all?

It does, but I don't know if it includes everything
Last call- it's going to the dump this month if no one can come get it. Much rather some one use it though!
