so, stampie amd i went in together on a 1998 2500 parts truck deal.
in his pile, for darth nader, is the engine. hes keeping the sensors and wiring and plug wires, etc. im keeping the accessories, exhaust manifolds, etc. leaving a long block.
now, oet me be clear: nobody i know has ever heard this thing run in person. my scrapper got it from the guy who couldn't fix teh electrical problems to make it run. i got it from him.
the thing is free-ish to whoever comes and gets it quick, as its in my way. im perfectly content to pull the heads and put them on the shelf, and use the short block as a boat anchor. however, if someone can use it and make it go away, id be happy. leave something for recoup on the workbench for nader, as we are SERIOUSLY lacking recoup. or bring me ls parts. or....
i make no guarantees about the engine. ive never even taken a valve cover off. no idea of mileage. nothing. it needs to leave, and its not even completely out of the truck yet!
