I bought these to lower the rear but my own stupidity couldn't get them to work with my cheap coilovers. After spending some time searching around never found a good how-to. I did mess up the top of one, and when putting my other suspension back in, dropped and lost two of the 13mm nuts so they aren't included, $2 at a hardware store or re-use some with your own suspension.
The nice thing about these is they a billet machined and one piece, not like some of the steel units that are welded together.
