Never even cut out of their shipping packaging 

2x 230-650R18
2x 250-659R18 

Came with a car I purchased, had no intent to use them

Open to trades and offers

Willing to ship at buyer's expense

i have no need for these as I don't intend to race in a category that allows slicks

I could be interested - can you help me decipher the width, sidewall and manufacture date??

if the first number is standard width, they're too narrow but I know enough about slicks to know I don't know anything about them. 

They were made the 31st week of 2013

I can measure them to get an effective tread and section width if that would help

As @Chandler stated, they are from 2013

Of course!  I interpreted new unopened as recent.  So it didn't seem like 2013 was an option.
