I haven't been able to just click and order one on the internet and that is annoying. Car is a 2015 Ford Fiesta ST (prob unimportant trim level) that had a grey carpet but I couldn't save it.
Does anyone know of a place selling NOS parts for econoboxes? Seems like ford would have made many, but my Google skills are poor.
Does anyone want to snag the next decent one they see at a boneyard? Not a budget build so I can pay the parts, labor, shipping, etc.. actually is an incredibly easy removal and I can deal with removing stains.
My wife couldn't live with smoke and mold, but the assortment of "custom cut" floor mats isn't really a long term solution.
Thanks in advance for the advice and help.
I would try a dealership parts counter if you haven't yet. I can't seem to even locate a part number with any of the larger ford part sites.
outside of that, car-part.com seems to have several used, which may be an option for you.

Thanks, I didn't even bother with a parts counter but will find myself with opportunity soon.
I tried car-part with no luck... gotta link? I thought it would be simple, but for some reason I must be typing something in wrong...

Tried car-part again with better luck. Maybe timing or cookies or something but I 100% appreciate the reminder!
I did find it from a dealer I work with online for under $300 plus tax....

This is excellent info; I had no doubt one of the distinguished regulars would make it look all too easy.
Going to take a minute to decide how nice of a carpet to get only to cut around the roll cage...
In reply to Ranger50 :
Nice work!
who the hell decided to name the carpet "floor insulator"?!

I agree, I feel like half the battle is figuring out what something is called!

I started with carpet, which got me some floor mats. Then onto mats and more digging.... eventually I just said floor and scrolled about 6 pages of 12 items each and found it.
In reply to Ranger50 :
That makes sense, I followed that path but gave up after floor mats

...from the people who brought you "trash panda" and "danger noodle"
Or maybe it's named for its function? For "tire" see "rim protector".
In reply to tb :
If looking for used on car-part.com you might discover that JYs don't ist every part of the car on the site. They may not list all the way down to carpet. In these cases, I'd recommend searching for another, more popular FiST part. Seek a fender or a tailgate and that will help you find JYs that actually have a FiST on hand. Once you find that, call the JY to see if they have the carpet.

Thanks again, my dementia must have been acting up.
These cars were so cheap that I think they all had the same grey carpet so I just need someone to return my inquiry now. The dumb stuff we worry ourselves over for a silly rule book...
