On this very forum, I was told one for a lt1 was bairly worth $500, when I was thinking about parting my car out. 
Seemed low, but no one on here disagreed with him, or offered me anything at all for mine

I have a verbal deal in place for an LS1-spec T56 and a bunch of other swap-related parts. If all goes well I'll close the loop here when I pick them up next week.
