He also carries SBF.
3D printed plastic, it appears to be. Might pay $5 for it, but I've also got my own printer so I might be biased.
Hmm. I have a 3D printer and some 3D models of various engine blocks. Some of them a proprietary so I can't carry them around on a key ring but I think I've got an SBC and one one or two other common blocks.

I hate to be pessimistic, but, yeah. I, too, have a printer. A spool is cheap and goes a LONG way. So, yeah, 15 seems high for this. Even shipped, that'd be high.
Yup, the value of something is only the value of the raw materials involved in making it ;) If you're a 3D printing nerd who is willing to spend the time on your machine to get a satisfactory result, you're not the market here.
It's a cool idea.
What kind of pants are people wearing that they have enough room in the pockets for something like this?
In reply to Trent :
I wear Wranglers most days and probably would have room. I generally take my keys out of my pocket when I get to work though.
Skinny jeans ain't cool

Look, I agree that something is worth more than JUST the material...but once the machine is running and printing good (and I think you and I agree on the simplicity of a Creality3), there's not much 'labor' involved.
That said, Im NOT in the market for this, Im not a potential customer and likely wouldnt be for ANY engine done...I just dont see myself putting something bulky on my keychain (the Ford has the key, a house key, and a single brass nut on it - it was part of a gift for my father. The MR2 has the car key and a PrimeMR2 keychain with the classic yellow/orange/red stripes.). So maybe that, too plays into my views on this item.
There are some 3d printed things I see that are simple but still pretty cheap priced that I am willing to buy (just waiting on a larger order for the various folks).
