I have a nice mobile 2011 Dynotech dyno and trailer setup here in southern Oregon that's good to about 1200 hp max (it's really torque and mph dependent - not hp ). It is compact, very accurate for tuning because of the small rollers (low inertia so as not to mask gains). It has an eddy brake for steady state tuning up to 600hp. Dynodynamics has an optional traction setup that pulls the car down into the rollers. It works well. I have had plenty of 700 whp Hellcats on the dyno with no traction problems. It has the OBD2 adapter and Tacho adapter. With the new software you're supposed to be able to import ecu info to the dyno via CAN Bus, but I haven't messed with that. It has improved 2023 software, even local dynojet owners like the setup when they try it. You can load it up and unload at the event of your choice with one person. This is great for car shows and racing events. You need a 10' wide concrete pad or asphalt works if it's not too uneven and a single 220V & 110v circuit. It comes with a specially set up 10' trailer. Dyno, trailer and gear is about 5000 lbs so it's easy to haul with a regular suv or truck. I hauled it from Kentucky eight years ago with a uhaul van. If you look at my business reviews on google they are all 5 stars. I think it is a very nice setup, but for the area of Oregon I need a small commercial shop to set up in and not solely rely on mobile events, especially in the winter months. Industrial zoned buildings in Oregon are now crazy expensive. So it's either sell the dyno and continue with a life in Oregon or move to the midwest in a few years and buy a commercial building where real estate prices are still reasonable. I'm open to either one and in no hurry either way. I think I will end up moving anyway in a year or two. There are a lot of tricks in the setup and trailer that are specific to just this setup, and refined over the years to make things smooth. I am not going to spill them all on the internet for competitors to read and copy, but have no problem showing someone in person how easy it all is (if they show up with the funds in hand.) It can be loaded into the trailer and unloaded by myself, if the asphalt is rough you may have to ask for someone's help for about 2 minutes to roll it around, if smooth concrete I can do it myself. $28K complete with special 10x6’ enclosed trailer, loading and unloading equipment and no the price will not drop in six months or six years. I have much more invested. I will take a nice 16' or 18' x 8’ wide enclosed trailer as part trade for a “reasonable” price deduction. I don't need another race car to work on. I have more than I need to spend more time and money fixing already. Price is firm. Nope its the same price or higher no matter if sets for years, I have a lot of long term projects that it will be handy for if it stays with me.  www.dynobydon.com has more info.
